This is ability of a manager to discipline an employee who fails to adhere to the policy of the company, loss of profit and other thing with negative effects to growth of the company. Punishments can range from mild punishments to serious punishments. A mild penalty is a suspension and a grave sentence is real termination.
This is where the charisma of a manager influences workers positively. It also means a manager who is admired and who creates chances for interpersonal influence. If an individual has charisma, this bestows immense powers to him/her as a manager.
